We were part of a multi-disciplinary team preparing new transportation plan for downtown Rochester. Provided urban design services to the team, identifying urban design issues related to new and/or renovated transportation related infrastructure, and highlighting opportunities and constraints for: pedestrian safety and comfort; redevelopment opportunities; alternative alignment issues; and neighbourhood revitalization options.
