Unfortunately, while the shared basement parking structure and the community centre was built, the 1989 recession intervened and this beautiful senior's condominium was never built as designed.
There were several innovative features built into this project, that contributed to its' excellent efficiency rate. By separating one of three elevators instead of banking them, we were able to avoid the typical “dog leg” corridor leading to units behind the elevators. We simply accessed the unit behind between the elevators, making for more saleable area and better unit design.
This type of innovative thinking demonstrates the way we approach every project. Whether by new interpretation of codes or bylaws, or though advanced thinking to make things possible, our designs try to add the most value and reach the greatest potential for our clients.
